Job summary

Community Medical Center in Missoula, MT is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to examine and treat patients with breathing-related conditions, perform diagnostic testing, and collaborate with physicians to implement treatment plans.

In this role you will deliver prescribed therapies, educate patients on therapies and device usage, maintain equipment, respond to codes, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license.
• BCLS certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with breathing-related conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Perform diagnostic testing and educate patients on therapies and medications.
• Deliver prescribed respiratory therapies and monitor patient response.
• Respond to codes and emergent calls and provide appropriate interventions.
• Maintain equipment, sterilize devices, and ensure readiness of supplies.
