Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to guide patients through routine care and critical moments, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures while managing invasive and noninvasive ventilation across care settings.

You will work with advanced respiratory technology, receive mentorship, and join a collaborative team that supports professional growth and stable scheduling.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential (NBRC-RRT) is required.
• RRT/RCP-State credential is required.
• BCLS instructor certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment_start.

Responsibilities

• Assess respiratory status through focused exams and airway assessment.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy including oxygen, aerosols, and airway clearance techniques.
• Manage ventilation and airways, including invasive and noninvasive ventilation adjustments.
• Educate patients and families, collaborate with physicians and nurses, and support newborn stabilization when needed.
• Maintain and disinfect equipment, ensure readiness, and follow infection-prevention standards.
