ExcelliSearch, Inc. is assisting a Forbes top 100 hospital in Gratiot, OH, in hiring a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT).

The role is full-time (36 hours/week) with day and night shifts available; compensation ranges from $23.48/hr for CRT to $38.90/hr for RRT, based on experience, plus a full benefits package and a sign-on bonus. The successful candidate will deliver patient care and diagnostic testing per professional standards and contribute to the respiratory care plan development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a respiratory program recognized by J.R.C.R.T./CoARC.
• Current RRT or CRT in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care and diagnostic testing according to professional practice standards, while providing support for the healthcare system divisions.
• Reviews existing clinical data, collects or recommends obtaining additional pertinent clinical data.
• Evaluates data to determine the appropriateness of the prescribed respiratory care plan, and participates in its development.
