Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is helping a Forbes top 100 hospital in Gratiot, OH fill a Respiratory Therapist role (RRT or CRT). You’ll deliver patient care and diagnostic testing per professional standards, and support the respiratory care program.

This full-time position offers 36 hours per week with day or night shifts. Compensation ranges from $23.48–$38.90 per hour depending on CRT/RRT status, plus a full benefits package and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a respiratory program recognized by J.R.C.R.T./CoARC.
• Current RRT or CRT in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care and diagnostic testing according to professional practice standards, while providing support for the healthcare system divisions.
• Reviews existing clinical data, collects or recommends obtaining additional pertinent clinical data.
• Evaluates all data to determine the appropriateness of the prescribed respiratory care plan, and participates in the development of the respiratory care plan.
