The role requires ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications, with strong emphasis on evidence-based practice, communication, and patient care. The position involves ventilator management and patient/family education within a homecare setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently with autonomy, follow protocols, and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans with the healthcare team.
• Administer aerosolized meds, oxygen therapy, and secretion management.
• Manage mechanical ventilators and provide education to patients and families.
• Assist with intra-hospital transport and emergent airway events.
• Conduct ABG analysis and monitor non-invasive devices.
• Support discharge planning and adhere to safety standards.
