The role requires RRT/CRT or NBRC credentials, Missouri licensure, BLS/CPR, and graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Full-time, day shift, 36 hours/week with a $20k sign-on bonus and Mercy benefits.

Qualifications

• Missouri Respiratory Care License required.
• RRT or CRT credential through NBRC.
• BLS/CPR Certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed respiratory therapies and treatments.
• Assess and monitor patient respiratory status.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and care teams.
• Assist with development of treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on therapies and disease management.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Promote patient safety and best respiratory care practices.
