Job summary

Talent Staffing and Recruiting represents a not-for-profit community medical center in eastern Montana seeking a Respiratory Therapist for both inpatient and outpatient care. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program.
• Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) licensed by the State of Montana.
• Current BLS; NRP and ACLS within the first six months of employment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality respiratory treatments and diagnostic testing for patients across the lifespan.
• Operate and maintain various types of respiratory equipment.
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory diseases, medications, and care plans.
• Assist in developing discharge plans.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist

Pay: $28 – $39 per hour (dependent on relevant experience)

The PositionWe are seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join the clinical team. This role is essential to both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing high-quality respiratory treatments and diagnostic testing for patients of all age groups.

Employment Details

• Status: Full-time.
• Hours: 72–80 hours per two-week pay period.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality respiratory treatments and diagnostic testing (PFTs, Stress Tests, and EKGs) for patients across the lifespan.
• Operate and maintain various types of respiratory equipment.
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory diseases, medications, and care plans.
• Assist in developing successful discharge plans.
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program. New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Licensure: Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) licensed by the State of Montana.
• Certifications: Current BLS certification; must have or obtain NRP and ACLS within the first six months of employment.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
