Job summary

ARMStaffing seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week contract in Sun City West, AZ, to support Banner Del Webb Medical Center campuses. You will provide respiratory care across locations, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed.

The ideal candidate holds an active RRT license with 24 months of recent RRT experience and current life support certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC). Travel between Del Webb and Boswell campuses may be required.

Qualifications

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with 36 hours scheduled and 24 hours guaranteed. Banner is permitted to cancel 1 shift.

Job Description

The Registered Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients across Del Webb and Boswell campuses. Ideal candidates will float between locations as needed and be proficient in performing a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and assess patients’ responses to therapy.
• Perform diagnostic tests and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Document all care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 24 months of recent RRT experience is required.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active RRT license with no hits on the state license to practice.
• Current life support certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
• Driver's license necessary to verify residency.
