Job summary

This full-time role offers relocation assistance to Washington and a sign-on bonus. Ideal candidates hold a Washington RCP license, CRT/RRT, and demonstrate excellent communication, compassion, and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Washington State license/certification as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).
  • Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (CRT or RRT preferred).
  • Experience with tracheostomy care and ventilator management preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Provide respiratory therapy treatments per physician orders (nebulizers, suctioning, oxygen).
  • Assess and monitor residents' respiratory status; report changes promptly.
  • Document treatments and resident responses accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on individualized care plans.
  • Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory care techniques and equipment.
  • Ensure cleaning, maintenance and proper functioning of respiratory equipment.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our care team's in Washington. This role plays a key part in supporting residents with respiratory needs and working closely with nursing and therapy staff to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory therapy treatments per physician orders, including nebulizer treatments, suctioning, oxygen administration, etc.

  • Assess and monitor residents’ respiratory status, promptly reporting changes to the nursing and medical team

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments, interventions, and resident response

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans for residents with respiratory needs

  • Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory care techniques and equipment

  • Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance, and functionality of respiratory therapy equipment
