• Contributes to the professional development of self and staff, maintains licensure, and coordinates in-service education.
• Aids in building the facility’s reputation through professional involvement and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Provides patient treatments meeting needs, performs evaluations, develops treatment plans, and communicates progress with the team.
• Writes accurate documentation to meet regulatory, licensing, payor, and accrediting requirements.
• Demonstrates safe working practices and maintains safe, efficient clinical environments.
• Collaborates with discharge planners and other staff to optimize patient care.
