**Summary**
As a respiratory therapist (RT), you will ensure proper respiratory care and positive patient outcomes in the medical center setting. You will administer therapy in accordance with the physician's prescription, assess individual patients, and design appropriate therapy regimens. Additionally, you will monitor, evaluate, and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely and effective therapy completion.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assess patient needs and expected outcomes.
  • Implement respiratory interventions based on the care plan.
  • Evaluate care and the patient’s response to interventions and expected outcomes.
  • Deliver care as delegated by the physician or authorized practitioner to the assigned patient population or individual patient.

**Qualifications**

  • Current Wisconsin RRT, CRT, or equivalent license.
