Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital Oakland in Pontiac, Michigan is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT) for PRN night shifts. The role offers $43.00 per hour with competitive night/weekend differentials and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Hours are 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, providing respiratory care for critical and complex cases, assisting with endotracheal tube management, and contributing to quality improvement while guiding patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active NBRC credential (CRT or RRT) or state equivalent.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Must possess "Active" CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
• Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
• Current state licensure is required.
• ACLS is required upon hire. (Agency RT must have ACLS upon first shift)

Preferred qualifications:

• One (1) year of related experience is preferred.
