Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Per diem Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to assess patient respiratory needs, develop care plans, and deliver treatments in a clinical setting. You will collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include thorough patient assessments, managing aerosolized medications and oxygen therapy, operating mechanical ventilators, assisting with airway management, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

Job description

Role

Per diem Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and CRT responsible for assessing patient respiratory needs, developing care plans, and delivering treatments.

Key Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments, manage therapeutic modalities including aerosolized medications and oxygen therapy, operate mechanical ventilators, and assist with airway management and invasive monitoring.

Provide patient and family education, participate in intra-hospital transport, and support emergency airway procedures.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, process arterial blood gases, and assist with fiberoptic bronchoscopy and hemodynamic measurements.

Qualifications & Skills

Respiratory Therapist experience, graduate from specialty training program, strong clinical skills, effective communication, and adherence to standards of care.
