Elevate Respiratory Therapy Group is looking for Respiratory Therapists to provide hands-on care in skilled nursing facilities, with a focus on balance, support, and meaningful patient outcomes. This role offers predictable schedules, no night shifts, and a teamwork‑driven environment designed to reduce burnout.

Formación

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in New Hampshire.
• Strong interest in learning and growing.
• Comfort working independently and with a team.
• Solid understanding of respiratory therapy basics.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands‑on respiratory care to patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess patients and create respiratory care plans that actually work.
• Administer breathing treatments and respiratory medications.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments.
• Educate patients and families in a clear and compassionate way.
• Work closely with nurses, physicians, and care teams.
• Document care clearly and on time.
