Elevate Respiratory Therapy Group is hiring Respiratory Therapists to provide patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities across New Hampshire. Enjoy predictable schedules, no night shifts, and a supportive team that values balance and growth.

New grads are welcome. We offer NH license reimbursement, full-time (3, 12-hour shifts) and Per Diem roles, a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over a year, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in New Hampshire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on respiratory care to patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess patients and create respiratory care plans that work.
• Administer breathing treatments and respiratory medications.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments.
• Educate patients and families in a clear and compassionate way.
• Work closely with nurses, physicians, and care teams.
• Document care clearly and on time.
