Position: Respiratory Therapist

Facility: Rehabilitation Center of Orlando

Location: Orlando, Florida

Shift: Part-Time, Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Salary: Up to $40 per hour (based on experience)

Experience: Ventilator experience required

About the Role:

Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our dedicated team. In this vital night shift role, you’ll provide critical care to ventilator-dependent patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory therapy and ventilator management in accordance with AdaptHealth’s policies and procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to guide treatment planning.
• Work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and caregivers.

Requirements:

• Valid, unrestricted Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Florida
• Graduate of an accredited two-year Respiratory Therapy program
• Current CRT or RRT certification
• Proven experience with ventilator care and respiratory treatments
