Overtime as needed* Check in at the branch daily; flexibility based on patient needs and hospital discharges* Hybrid-style role: ~70% in the branch, ~30% in the field**Salary range*** $35.00–$40.00 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education and location**On‐Call transparency*** Rotation is area‐based, not branch‐based* Coverage area includes Ogden, Woods Cross, and up to Logan, Utah.* Rotation frequency: Once every other week Monday - Friday.* Weekend call‐outs are rare and generally involve telehealth support* Mileage and time start from home during on‐call rotation* Personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursed)**What you’ll do*** Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‐ups* Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance* Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately* Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs* Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams* Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop* Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non-invasive ventilation* Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper operating condition* Perform clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry and gathering vital signs* Performs other duties as required**What we look for*** Registered Respiratory Therapist with an active Utah RT license.* Ability to stand, lift, push and/or pull objects ranging from 10 – 50 lbs.* Valid driver's license* Comfortable using mobile technology, navigation tools, and digital documentation**Education*** Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program**Certificates, licenses, registrations or professional designations*** Hold a current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers) if that state requires an RCP license to allow the practice of respiratory therapy* Hold a current CPR Certification* Hold all applicable licensure in good standing for all states of practiceIf you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.**Teammate Benefits**As an Accendra Health employee, you have choices to fit your life.
