Job summary

Mountain Home Hospital is seeking a full-time, permanent Respiratory Therapist to join their dedicated team just outside Mountain Home, AR. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $24–$36 per hour.

Schedule is 3x12s with night shifts (6:00 PM–6:00 AM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and full benefits. The Respiratory Therapist will manage ventilators, administer treatments, and perform diagnostic tests to support patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary issues.

Qualifications

• Must hold CRT or RRT certification.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage ventilators and provide respiratory care for patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary issues.
• Administer respiratory treatments and perform diagnostic tests to support patient care.
• Support patient care by conducting assessments and contributing to treatment plans.
