Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - St. Charles, MO is seeking a New Graduate Respiratory Therapist (RT) for a full-time role with day or night shifts.

A 13-week paid preceptorship pairs new grads with an experienced instructor to build confidence and clinical skills. Compensation starts with a $35.30–$47.50 hourly range, enhanced by night $5 and weekend $3.50 differentials and a $15,000 sign-on bonus with no repayment commitment.

Qualifications

• Must possess Active NBRC CRT or RRT credential.
• Proof of graduation required: college transcript/diploma (preferred) or high school transcript/diploma or GED.
• BLS certification by start date.
• Current state licensure is required.
• ACLS is required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and recommend an appropriate treatment plan.
• Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex conditions.
• Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Teach and counsel patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $35.30-$47.50/Based on experience

• Current state licensure is required.
