Qualifications
- NBRC approved program completion and one year of clinical practice under medical direction.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Current state licensure for Respiratory Care Practitioner.
Responsibilities
- Perform respiratory care procedures under medical direction.
- Administer prescribed therapy and medications; monitor progress.
- Maintain and troubleshoot ventilators and equipment as needed.
- Document patient care and progress in medical records.
- Participate in CPR and emergency procedures as part of the team.
