Job summary

FullShift Staffing seeks a Respiratory Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Ohio. The role offers a 13-week contract with extension options or a permanent placement, day shifts, and a strong pay package with housing and travel stipends for travelers.

New grads are welcome to apply. You will deliver care, monitor progress, collaborate with the care team, educate patients and families, and maintain documentation. Onboarding and payroll support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Current TB test/results and a fit-for-duty physical (within past year).

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care and treatments to patients with a variety of conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
