Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a contract (13 weeks) or permanent placement in a Skilled Nursing Facility. New grads welcome, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Shifts are Days with competitive pay plus housing and travel stipends for travelers. Weekly pay, onboarding support, and a dedicated recruiter ensure you’re supported from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Current TB test/results
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care and treatments to patients with a variety of conditions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
