Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide direct patient care using medical gas and breathing therapies, under supervision and within treatment plans. You will assess patients, develop personalized care plans, and monitor progress, ensuring compassionate, high-quality rehabilitation support.

Requirements include a current Respiratory Therapy license and CPR; ACLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients requiring medical gas, breathing therapy, and medications.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients, understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
