Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is hiring a Respiratory Therapist to deliver direct patient care, breathing treatments, and assessment in a busy inpatient setting. You will work with a supportive team, use advanced equipment, and develop personalized care plans to improve respiratory function and independence for patients.

Qualifications include an active Respiratory Therapy license, CPR certification, ACLS preferred, and 2 years of hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients needing medical gas, breathing therapy modality, and medication.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
