Professional Resource Team (PNRT) RRTs are responsible for providing safe, continuous quality patient care in various settings. They are part of a market-based respiratory resource team assigned to multiple facilities within the Greater Charlotte (GCM) market, working across 3-4 locations. These RRTs demonstrate independence, rule consciousness, social boldness, and change readiness, with a strong commitment to professional standards and collaboration. Responsibilities

Our Registered Respiratory Therapist IIs (RRTs) are key leaders in healthcare, establishing personalized relationships with patients and support systems. They practice under protocols for respiratory and ventilator management with high autonomy, and may perform intubations and insert arterial lines depending on the facility.
