Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to partner with physicians and care teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate respiratory care for patients across our acute care locations in the region.

The RRT II General Pool will train and be available to work at least three acute respiratory care locations within the region, ensuring flexible coverage and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree (2 year) preferred; Bachelor’s degree (4 year) preferred.
• Experience: One year required.
• Licensure/Certification: Current RCP licensure in appropriate state required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized respiratory plan of care.
• Provide patient-centered respiratory care across acute care locations as part of the Novant Health team.

What We're Looking For

• Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, Preferred. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree,preferred.
• Experience (Required): One year, required.
• Licensure/Certification (Required): Current RCP licensure in appropriate state,required.
