• CRT or RRT certification with 10+ years experience or equivalent.
• NBRC specialty credential required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient-centered respiratory care with interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Establishes and manages mechanical ventilation and monitors patients.
• Evaluates response to therapies and adjusts care plans as needed.
• Maintains and operates respiratory equipment and ensures safety.
