Job summary

Freeman Health System in Missouri is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with cardiac or pulmonary disorders. You will obtain and analyze clinical data, implement care plans, and manage complex ventilator systems within established protocols.

The role requires NBRC-registered RRT and MO licensure, with NRP/PALS preferred, and ACLS/BLS within specified timelines. The position offers full-time hours in a supportive Freeman team environment.

Qualifications

• NBRC-registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensed in MO
• Missouri respiratory care practitioner (RCP) license
• NRP preferred
• PALS provider preferred
• ECMO experience S.T.A.B.L.E. learner
• ACLS within 180 days
• BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with cardiac or pulmonary disorders.
• Obtain, analyze, and correlate patient data and implement care plan.
• Manage complex patient/ventilator systems within protocol guidelines.
• Anticipate crises and perform or recommend interventions.
• Work independently within departmental guidelines.
