Kettering Health Dayton is seeking a Respiratory Therapist I to provide assessment, treatment, and care for patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders across the lifespan. The position requires an associate degree in respiratory therapy, Ohio RCP licensure, NBRC RRT credential, and BLS/ACLS certification (to be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program (CoARC) or equivalent.
• Active Ohio RCP license.
• NBRC RRT credential (registered respiratory therapist).
• BLS and ACLS certification by the American Heart Association, to be obtained prior to or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and care for patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders across the lifespan.
• Perform diagnostic testing and education to support respiratory health and recovery.
• Carry out duties aligned with Kettering Health's mission, vision, and B Safe program.
• Contribute to quality care and collaborate with the care team.
