Job summary

Job description

Responsible for receiving referrals from various agencies and professionals to provide service and/or deliver, set-up, and in-service proper use and care of equipment in client/patient homes.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Inservice clients/patients and/or caregivers on proper use of equipment. Evaluate clients/patients' emotional and physical status with respect to equipment/services provided.
  2. Develop care plans for clients/patients; contact physicians regarding clarification or changes to patient care plans.
  3. Monitor integrity and troubleshoot Home Health Care equipment.
  4. Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications and Specifications

Vocational/technical training in AMA-accredited Respiratory Care Program and a minimum of six months of job-related experience or equivalent is required. Rhode Island license required. Minimum CRT required.
