Job summary

UCHealth UCHlth Yampa Valley Med Center in Steamboat Springs is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join a dynamic team. The role involves ventilator integration, adaptive pulmonary support, and airway management across multiple levels of care; this is a full-time position with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• One year of experience.
• Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC.
• ACLS and BLS certification required; BLS valid through start date.

• Provides top of scope patient care with imaging and radiologic procedures.
• Models proficiency through precepting new imaging staff.
• Contributes to safety and quality at care points.

Description Location: UCHealth UCHlth Yampa Valley Med Center, US:CO:Steamboat Springs Department: UCHlth Respiratory Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Flex Pay: $50.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend LOCAL Traveler contract options available for those who reside within 75 miles 13 week assignments available

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• One year of experience
• Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• ACLS
• BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross with card in-hand before start date. BLS card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Respiratory Therapist
