Qualifications

• Graduate from COARC accredited respiratory care program.
• Licensed practitioner by the State of Texas Medical Board.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (NBRC).
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.
• ACLS certification.
• NRP within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care to those with acute and chronic respiratory problems under supervision.
• Contributes to General Therapy, Critical Care, Education, Processing Control, and Pulmonary Services initiatives.

COARC accredited respiratory care program

Licensed by the Texas Medical Board

Certified Respiratory Therapist (NBRC)

BLS certification (to be obtained within 14 days of hire)

NRP (within 6 months of hire)
