Qualifications

• Current State Respiratory Therapist Licensure in California.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Active CRT or RRT credential.
• Current ACLS and BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care per physician orders and facility policies.
• Administer pulmonary therapies and monitor patient response.
• Assess pain and assist rehabilitation when needed.
• Maintain infection control and equipment sterilization procedures.
• Document data in patient records and coordinate care with staff.
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment safely.
• Lead daily shift operations as in-charge therapist when assigned.
• Remain proficient in PFTs and bronchoscopic procedures.
