Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd in Southern Indiana near Louisville is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) for full-time night shift with weekend/holiday rotations. The RT will deliver prescribed respiratory therapies, operate respiratory equipment, and participate in patient care and outcomes improvement in a high‑quality hospital setting.

Qualifications include AMA‑accredited program degree, NBRC CRT/RRT credentials, Indiana license, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP should be completed within specified

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiopulmonary care as prescribed by physicians.

Full-time, 5:45p-6:00a, days vary, weekend/holiday rotation Baptist Health Floyd, Respiratory Care Southern Indiana/ Louisville, Kentucky area The Respiratory Therapist engages in the treatment and prevention of cardiopulmonary disease, utilizing respiratory equipment and techniques as prescribed by a physician. The Respiratory Therapist is a resource professional specializing in state-of-the-art respiratory technology and patient care based on evidence based, outcomes driven, and scientific standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's Degree from an AMA Accredited Respiratory Program

• Active Indiana State Respiratory Care Practitioner License
• BLS certification required, will provide training
• ACLS certification within 12 months of hire
• PALS certification within 12 months of hire
• NRP certification within 6 months of hire
