Respiratory Therapist (CPAP Programming – Warehouse-Based)

Location: 4517 E Broadway Road, Phoenix AZ 85040

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) to work onsite in our warehouse to program CPAP machines in accordance with physician prescriptions. This role is essential to ensuring patients receive properly configured equipment that meets clinical and safety standards before delivery.

**A Florida RT license is required**

Key Responsibilities

• Program CPAP devices based on provided prescriptions and settings.
• Verify proper configuration of pressure settings, ramp, humidification, and comfort features.
• Perform functional tests and quality checks on machines before dispatch.
• Document device setup and maintain accurate records for compliance and tracking.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely equipment readiness.
• Assist in troubleshooting and reprogramming as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RT license
• Prior experience with CPAP devices preferred.
• Comfortable working in a non-clinical, warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret Rx orders accurately.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CPAP manufacturer software (e.g., ResMed, Philips).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with minimal patient contact
