Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RRT credential and state license.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document respiratory care per policy.
• Provide direct respiratory care per physician orders, including ventilation and airway management.
• Maintain equipment, perform safety checks and ensure infection control standards.
• Document patient data and blood gas results accurately.
• Participate in quality improvement and inservices.
• Collaborate with patients, staff and physicians to ensure satisfaction.
