The ideal candidate will graduate from an accredited respiratory therapy program, hold CRT or RRT certification, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of respiratory care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments to patients with respiratory impairments or diseases
• Conduct pulmonary function tests and assessments to diagnose and monitor respiratory conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve lung function and overall health
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and disease management
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
