Job summary

Baptist Health Paducah is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join a faith-based health system dedicated to high-quality patient care. You will provide basic respiratory care to patients from neonates to geriatrics in predictable yet critical situations, under supervision.

We offer 12-hour shifts with day and night options and shift/weekend differentials, plus opportunities for clinical growth and professional development within the care team.

Qualifications

• CRT or RRT credential issued by the National Board of Respiratory Care is required.
• Kentucky mandatory respiratory care license or certification is required.

To provide basic respiratory care to neonates through geriatrics in generally predictable, although critical, situations under the supervision of the manager and with shift supervisor as resource. Staff practitioners will be responsible for the delivery of quality patient care and basic quality improvement data retrieval based on specific instructions and guidelines.

Shift differential plus weekend differential!

QUALIFICATIONS

• CRT or RRT Credential – National Board of Respiratory Care
• Kentucky Mandatory Certificate/License
