Job summary

Legacy Health Services in the West side of Cleveland is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) for full-time day shifts (Monday–Friday, 8-hour). You will provide respiratory care to residents in our skilled nursing facilities, adhering to clinical guidelines and collaborating with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality treatment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NBRC-accredited program.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Valid Ohio license and Basic Life Support certification.
• At least 1 year of experience (long-term care and ventilator experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement respiratory therapy treatment plans.
• Administer inhalants, operate ventilators, and manage therapeutic gas systems.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed.
• Perform bronchopulmonary drainage and assist with breathing exercises.
• Collaborate on discharge planning with physicians, nurses, and social workers.
