Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to provide high-quality cardiopulmonary diagnostic and therapeutic services for both inpatient and outpatient populations. The Respiratory Therapist will work according to approved medical staff protocols and departmental policies to ensure safe, timely patient care.

The role requires caring for patients on a 3 × 12-hour day shift schedule with ASAP start for a 13-week assignment, guaranteeing 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with NBRC credential.
• Ability to provide safe cardiopulmonary care per established protocols.
• Strong airway management, ventilator management, aerosol therapy, intubation, and blood gas analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiopulmonary diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients.
• Follow established protocols and department policies.
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive respiratory procedures.
• Administer medicated aerosol treatments.
• Establish, maintain, and manage patient airways.
• Perform ventilator management and monitoring.
• Assist with and perform endotracheal intubations as appropriate.
• Collect and analyze arterial blood gases and provide appropriate respiratory care.
• Monitor patients' respiratory status and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of respiratory care services.
