Job summary

Health Here is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide patient-centered respiratory care, including oxygen therapy, diagnostic testing, ventilation support, and airway management for patients of all ages.

You will monitor and wean oxygen and ventilation, analyze arterial blood gases, assist with airway procedures, and educate patients and healthcare teams while documenting clinical encounters and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in respiratory therapy (Bachelor’s preferred), active state license, and CRT/RT certification.
• Two years of relevant experience and BLS; ACLS within 90 days; NRP preferred.
• Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt to diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and respiratory procedures.

• Qualifications: An Associate’s degree in respiratory therapy (Bachelor’s preferred), a current state license, and certification as a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist. Two years of relevant experience and BLS certification are required; ACLS within 90 days. NRP certification is preferred.
• Skills: Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse patient populations.
• Physical Demands: Ability to perform heavy physical work, including lifting and moving objects, and exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials in a healthcare setting.
