Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CRT/RRT certification.
• Strong clinical knowledge in respiratory therapy.
• Ability to lift and move patients up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with respiratory therapy treatments, including ventilation and oxygen therapy.
• Conduct assessments, monitor outcomes, and adjust therapy as needed.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory therapy techniques and disease management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintaining accurate records and providing progress reports to physicians and other caregivers.
