Job summary

Medical City Healthcare is seeking a Staff Respiratory Therapist to demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care and to perform assigned tasks in accordance with hospital policies. The role may involve teaching or supervising Respiratory Students in the clinical setting.

The successful candidate will hold NBRC-CRT certification, an active RRT/RCP-State license, and a certificate in Respiratory Care, with BLS secured within 30 days of start date.

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• NBRC-CRT certification required.
• RRT/RCP-State license required.
• Certificate in Respiratory Care or related credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care as defined by training and competency.
• Execute assignments and ensure care complies with hospital policies.
• May supervise or work with Respiratory Students in the clinical setting.

Job Summary & Qualifications

The staff respiratory therapist will demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care and other multidisciplinary assigned skills as defined by training and competency demonstration. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for the execution of assignments. All care will be in compliance with hospital and respiratory policies. May work with Respiratory Students in the clinical care setting.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (NBRC-CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist
• (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
• Certificate
