Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals in Plano, TX is seeking a Respiratory Therapist CRT who demonstrates proficiency in all modalities of respiratory care and related multidisciplinary skills. You will execute assignments in a patient‑centered environment, under hospital policies and supervision as needed.

Required NBRC-CRT certification and state RRT/RCP credentials; the role may involve teaching or supervising respiratory students in clinical care settings.

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• NBRC-CRT certification required.
• RRT/RCP-State certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all modalities of Respiratory Care per training and competency.
• Execute assignments in accordance with hospital and respiratory policies.
• May work with Respiratory Students in the clinical setting.

Job Summary And Qualifications

It is the responsibility of the staff respiratory therapist to demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care and other multidisciplinary assigned skills as defined by training and competency demonstration. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for execution of assignments. All care will be in compliance with hospital and respiratory policies. May work with Respiratory Students in the clinical care setting.

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (NBRC-CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist
• (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
