Job summary

Aspirus Iron River Hospital in Michigan is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver respiratory and cardiopulmonary services across diverse care settings. You will support patient care across ages, leveraging specialized monitoring and therapy skills in a community hospital environment.

Ideal candidates hold an AMA-approved Associate degree in Respiratory Care with licensure in Michigan and may have a Bachelor's in Respiratory Care or Biological Sciences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of respiratory care standards and protocols normally acquired through graduation from an AMA approved school of Respiratory Care with an Associate Degree.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care or Biological Sciences beneficial.
• One year of critical care experience and experience in pulmonary function or cardiopulmonary lab beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory and cardiopulmonary monitoring diagnostics and therapy services to patients of all ages in a variety of care environments.
