Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory services as prescribed by physicians and regulated by MA boards. The role includes patient assessment, care planning, teaching, and documentation across neonatal to geriatric populations.

The position offers a $15K sign-on bonus, on-site work at 2014 Washington Street, with shifts including days/evenings/nights and every other weekend. Pay range is $41.81–$47.79 hourly.

Qualifications

• Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
• Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Evidence of continued education as required by the Board of Registration, Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated clinical competency equivalent to 3 year of critical care experience.
• CPR certification required (BLS).
• Knowledge of the special needs and behaviors of the infant, child, adolescent, adult, and older adult populations required.

Responsibilities

• Inservice/training and participation in the management of mechanically ventilated patients.
• Provide respiratory care services to Newborn, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients.
