Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved respiratory care program.
• NBRC credential: CRT or RRT; WI licensure; BLS current; ACLS within 3 months; NRP within 3 months.
• Ability to care for patients across all ages; strong computer and communication skills; commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient respiratory care including ventilator management and monitoring.
• Deliver outpatient services such as PFTs, pulmonary rehab, and DME support.
• Respond to Code Blue/Rapid Response and participate in care planning.
• Educate patients and families before discharge and coordinate care transitions.
