Job summary

Crosswalk Health is hiring Respiratory Therapists (CRT or RRT) and Pulmonary Function Technologists (CPFT or RPFT) to bring spirometry testing to primary care clinics in the Miami and Broward, Florida area. This 1099 contractor role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights and weekends and flexible 1–5 days per week.

You will perform pre/post bronchodilator spirometry, educate patients, administer albuterol when indicated, and upload results for pulmonologist review.

Qualifications

• Current CRT, RRT, CPFT, or RPFT credential.
• Experience performing bedside spirometry or pulmonary function testing.
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and safe albuterol administration.
• Comfortable commuting to clinics throughout a region.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit local primary care clinics to perform pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry testing.
• Educate and coach patients to ensure accurate, high-quality results.
• Safely administer albuterol when indicated and monitor patients during testing.
• Grade and upload completed testing for pulmonologist review.

  Compensation

  $245–300 per day paid biweekly; additional supplemental compensation may be available based on experience, tenure with Crosswalk Health, and region served.

  The Pay Range For This Role Is
