Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Western Massachusetts is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our close-knit team. You will provide respiratory care, evaluate patients, develop care plans, and guide families toward recovery.

Formación

• Active state license in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct respiratory care, including gas therapy and breathing treatments.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments; conduct patient assessments and create care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
• Monitor progress and celebrate patient recovery milestones.
