Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice respiratory therapy.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum two years hospital experience in respiratory therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients requiring medical gas, breathing therapy, and medications.
• Supervise breathing treatments, lead patient assessments, and create individualized care plans.
• Build strong patient relationships through time and empathy to support recovery.
• Acknowledge and celebrate patient progress throughout their care journey.
